Jeffrey Weidmann is the Director and Founder of Slope Wellness in Park Slope, Brooklyn. He has been practicing Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine since 2001. Jeff is a New York state licensed acupuncturist who studied at the International Institute of Chinese Medicine in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he earned a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine. As part of his education, Jeff studied abroad in China, completing internships at the Japan-China Friendship Hospital in Beijing and The Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Chengdu. He also completed an internship at Health South Rehabilitation Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Jeff’s well rounded experience includes a strong background in the Western medicine field and orthopedics where he worked as a Radiologic Technologist for 15 years. During his 20+ years in the medical and wellness field, Jeff has been affiliated with the Hospital for Special Surgery (both as an Acupuncturist and a Radiologic Technologist), Long Island College Hospital, and co-founded and practiced acupuncture at Element Natural Healing Arts for 11 years before moving on to establish Slope Wellness.

Jeff enjoys having a family practice, seeing patients from infants to elderly with specialties in sports injuries, chronic pain, seasonal allergies, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, and infertility. He believes in a holistic approach to health and the importance of patient education and preventative healthcare. He combines his wealth of experience and skill to provide his patients with the best possible care, helping them to realize their health and wellness goals.
