Your Visit

A Unique Wellness Experience

What to expect: Upon your arrival to our center, we will perform an arrival COVID-19 screening and temperature check. We will also ask that you remove your shoes to help preserve the clean, Zen environment. We have slipper socks available for use or your own socks are fine too. In order to maintain the tranquility in our space, we ask that you silence your electronic devices and use your spa voice. When proceeding to and from your treatment room, please refrain from talking in the hallway to avoid disturbing other treatments in progress.

COVID-19 Safety: The safety of our patients/clients and staff is taken very seriously. We have implemented new safety policies and procedures that meet and surpass the recommendations of the CDC, OSHA, and our state and local health departments. With information rapidly changing related to COVID-19, we have been and will continue to closely monitor these agencies for updates to safety guidelines. Please click here to see a list of our new COVID-19 safety procedures.

Arrival time: It is important to arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment time. Please make sure you allow for extra time for unexpected travel delays, and time to get settled in prior to your scheduled start time. If it is your first treatment with us for a particular service, you will receive an email with a link to fill out forms online. If you’re unable to fill out these forms ahead of time, please arrive 20 minutes early for Acupuncture or 10 minutes early for other services to allow yourself enough time to fill out a health history and consent forms. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, there is a chance your appointment may be forfeited due to scheduling constraints, and subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation/rescheduling policy: No-shows and appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to half of the service fee.

Payment methods accepted: We accept all major credit cards and offer contactless payment, including Apple Pay. FSA cards are also accepted. We are able to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) to submit for FSA reimbursement, if needed. We are not accepting cash payments at this time.

Health Insurance coverage: As a courtesy, we will verify acupuncture benefits for all insurance plans and provide billing services for both in and out of network policies. We are in-network acupuncture providers for Oxford, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Cigna, and participating acupuncture providers for American Specialty Health and WholeHealth Living wellness programs. These programs offer discounted rates for acupuncture for those carrying health insurance whose policy does not provide an acupuncture specific benefit. Many major health insurance companies participate in these programs including: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, GHI, Emblem Health, HIP and more. Please contact us by phone or email so we can verify your insurance for acupuncture benefits.
