COVID-19 Safety Precautions (Updated 5/2023)
The safety of our clients/patients and staff is our top priority. We have updated our COVID safety policies and procedures to be consistent with the current CDC guidelines for our type of clinical setting and environment. We have also taken the liberty to put specific exceptions in place to ensure that everyone feels as safe and as comfortable as possible while in our center. Please also be aware that our safety policy is subject to change based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to: infection rates, new variants, updates to CDC and local department of health guidelines and recommendations.
Below are our current safety measures:
- Masks are *optional for clients/patients and staff (*see below for more info).
- We are pre-screening clients/patients for COVID exposures and symptoms for all appointment bookings and upon arrival.
- All staff will continue to vigilantly pre-screen themselves for COVID exposures and symptoms prior to their work days.
- Treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected in between each and every appointment.
- All treatment rooms are equipped with a HEPA/UV air cleaner.
- We are utilizing medical grade HEPA MERV-13 filters with our central air conditioning system.
- We offer contact-free forms of payment and accept all major credit cards, including Apple Pay.
- All staff are thoroughly trained and kept up to date on our current safety policies and procedures.
* We realize that some individuals may have specific health concerns or just feel more comfortable if their practitioner wears a mask. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you would prefer that your practitioner wears a mask during your appointment and we will do whatever is necessary to make sure you feel comfortable and safe during your appointment.
