Licensed Acupuncturist

Zhentao is a New York state licensed acupuncturist who received his degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Chang Chun University of Chinese Medicine in China. He’s a board-certified Diplomate of Acupuncture with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Zhentao is trained in many different acupuncture techniques and modalities, including Traditional Chinese acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, dry needling (trigger point acupuncture), motor point acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, modern neuro-anatomical acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, Tui-Na manual therapy, cupping, and gua sha.

With more than 20 years of experience in Chinese Medicine, Zhentao can treat a wide range of health issues, including pain, injuries, addictions, depression, respiratory conditions, digestive disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and more. He specializes in and is passionate about women’s health, including pregnancy, postpartum care, and infertility.
